A reporting channel is easy to buy

Each part is its own agreement. You can buy the channel alone — most companies find out later that was the easy part.

What is at stake

Left unhandled, this stops being an HR matter

Ignoring a report is what escalates it. Every route below starts with someone deciding the report was not worth answering.

Lawsuit

The step an employee takes when they feel the company did nothing.

Media and public record

The story travels further than the case ever did.

Employer brand

The people you want to hire next year read it too.

The manager the report concerns carries risk too. A process that protects only one side does not hold — and companies know it.

Why it matters

The cost of a case is rarely the case. It is the year that follows it.

Companies that handle the first report well almost never see the second one end up somewhere else.

What we deliver

Three layers, one delivery

01

The channel

Reporting that is safe to use — and provable afterwards.

Platform from [provider] · separate subscription

02

The assessment

Someone outside the company answers the hard question: is this actually a case?

Our legal partner · hourly

03

The handling

The company gets help doing the right thing — with both people.

How a case moves

From the moment someone presses send

Day 0

Report received

Receipt to the person reporting. Conflicts of interest checked before anyone reads it.
Within 3 days

Confirmed and triaged

Statutory confirmation sent. Scope, urgency and safety assessed.
Day 3–7

Legal assessment

Lawyers assess the report and write a conclusion.
Day 7

Advice to the company

What must be done, by whom, and in which order.
Then

Handling

Conversations with both sides. Decisions documented as they are made.
Closed

Closure and archive

Reported to the board where the case requires it. Archive kept.

Indicative timing. A report concerning the CEO or a board member follows a separate route, agreed in advance.

Agreed in advance

The work that makes a case survivable is done before there is a case.

When a report arrives, nobody should be working out who is allowed to read it. That is decided once, in a workshop with us.

How it is bought

Three parts, three ways of paying for them

We would rather say this here than in a meeting three weeks from now.

WHO YOU WILL BE TALKING TO

Our advisers, together with our legal partner. The platform is delivered by [platformleverandør] on its own agreement.

Decades of work with Norwegian organisations behind us. This service is new. The people are not.

Set it up before you need it

A 30-minute conversation is enough to tell whether your organisation needs the full arrangement or only the channel. No preparation needed from your side.

Still not sure what you need?

Most questions are easier to answer in a 30-minute conversation. No preparation needed.

    For employers

What companies ask before they buy

Every Norwegian employer with five or more employees must have routines for internal reporting. Having a channel is the minimum; being able to handle what comes through it is the actual duty.

You can, until the report concerns the person reading that inbox. That is the case the arrangement exists for.

The platform is a subscription. Assessment and handling are hourly — a typical case starts at around four hours. Setup is a one-off fixed price.

Then we deliver layers 02 and 03 on top of it. The assessment and the handling are the parts most companies are missing.
